Salesforce Developer (Contract) The HT Group is partnering with a technology company in Austin, Texas looking for a Salesforce Developer who is hands‑on, solution‑oriented, and passionate about building new Salesforce applications. This is a 6–9 month contract with the potential for extension or full‑time conversion , supporting several high‑impact development initiatives during a period of significant business growth. This is an excellent opportunity to join a collaborative engineering team where you'll focus on new application development—not legacy system maintenance . Working alongside an in‑house Salesforce Architect, you'll own projects from development through deployment while helping deliver scalable business solutions that directly support company growth. Responsibilities Design, develop, and deploy custom Salesforce applications and features Build scalable solutions supporting key business initiatives, including Order‑to‑Cash processes Develop Apex classes, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and custom integrations Partner with architects and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions Perform testing, troubleshooting, and deployment of new functionality Participate in code reviews and development best practices Support multiple concurrent development projects in a fast‑paced environment Requirements Professional experience developing custom Salesforce applications Strong hands‑on development experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs Experience building new Salesforce functionality rather than primarily administering existing environments Ability to work independently while collaborating with technical teams Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills Excellent time management and ownership of assigned projects Desired Experience supporting Order‑to‑Cash or Sales Cloud business processes Experience with Salesforce integrations and deployment tools Exposure to Agile software development environments Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally Assignment Details 6–9 month contract with strong potential for extension or permanent hire Onsite in Austin, TX (5 days per week) Opportunity to work on greenfield Salesforce development projects with significant ownership Stable project pipeline with multiple application initiatives already underway Join a growing engineering team where your work will have an immediate business impact All qualified applicants may apply below or send an email to View email address on click.appcast.io . #J-18808-Ljbffr The HT Group
