RESPONSIBILITIES: C lient Prospecting: Identifying and reaching out to potential clients through various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing campaigns. Needs Assessment: Understanding the financial situation, needs, and goals of clients to recommend appropriate insurance products. Product Knowledge: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of various insurance products (life, health, auto, home, etc.) to effectively explain features, benefits, and terms to clients. Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Providing clients with accurate quotes and preparing proposals tailored to their requirements. Sales Presentations: Conducting meetings and presentations to explain insurance policies and answer client questions. Policy Processing: Assisting clients with application forms, underwriting requirements, and ensuring all documentation is completed accurately. Customer Service: Providing ongoing support to clients, addressing inquiries, managing policy renewals, and handling claims assistance. Compliance: Ensuring all sales activities comply with insurance laws, regulations, and company policies. Record Keeping: Maintaining detailed records of client interactions, sales, and follow-ups in CRM systems. Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting or exceeding individual and team sales goals and contributing to the company’s growth. Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth. Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers. Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues. Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
