ESSs empower the people we support to pursue meaningful employment opportunities and develop career skills. The Training Coordinator is part of a team responsible for enhancing the outcomes of persons supported by the agency through the development and implementation of staff training programs that promote the agency’s mission. The Training Coordinator develops curriculum, delivers training sessions, and evaluates training effectiveness to support staff and improve service quality. At The Arc Baltimore, our House Managers play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live enriched, vibrant, and self‑directed lives. DSPs empower the people we support to overcome challenges, build confidence, and pursue their goals. The Day Services Support Specialist II (DSSS II) facilitates community‑based activities and provides support and advocacy for people with developmental disabilities participating in The Arc Baltimore’s Day Services program. The day services DSP fosters social engagement and skill development within a supportive environment. At The Arc Baltimore, our Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) play a vital role in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to live enriched, vibrant, and self‑directed lives. DSPs empower the people we support to achieve personal goals and enhance overall well‑being. The Lead Day Services Specialist (LDSS) is responsible for auditing program attendance records and Care Tracker entries within the iCM database, while also leading community‑based activities and providing direct support and advocacy. The LDSS ensures accurate data and high‑quality client interactions. Provide supervision, training and support to supported workers in completing assigned commercial janitorial contract sites. This position is a working supervisor position that oversees a crew of workers with disabilities. Responsible for the workers’ safety and job performance while ensuring client satisfaction.
