Compliance Analyst

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join their team. As a Operations Compliance Analyst, you will be part of the Regulatory Change Management team supporting operational readiness, governance, documentation, change management, and vendor readiness initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a commitment to excellence, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operations Compliance Analyst Location: Jersey City, NJ Pay Range: $45 - 52/hr Duration: 6 months with possibility of extension What's the Job? Support implementation, readiness, and stabilization of the Regulatory Change Management Target Operating Model (TOM), including transition from project delivery to Business As Usual (BAU) execution. Assist with defining, documenting, and socializing RCM RACI models, confirming roles and responsibilities across impacted functions. Translate TOM and governance decisions into practical operating processes and procedures. Contribute to audit and exam-ready documentation by ensuring traceability, version control, and clarity of ownership. Support development and maintenance of training materials, user guides, and reference documentation for regulatory platforms. What's Needed? Experience supporting operational readiness and process documentation in a regulated environment. Strong organizational and communication skills to coordinate training and stakeholder engagement activities. Ability to assist with process handoffs, BAU ownership transition, and operational clarity post go-live. Knowledge of governance, policies, procedures, and controls related to compliance programs.
