Category Business Development Service BDC Representative Acura of Los Angeles Westside is seeking exceptional individuals to join our team as Service BDC Representatives. As a Service BDC Representative, you play a crucial role in ensuring our guests receive outstanding service from the outset. You will be the primary point of contact for our Service Department guests, utilizing your exceptional communication skills to engage and assist them effectively. Responsibilities Promptly and effectively communicate with Service guests via phone, text, chat, or email, using their preferred method of communication. Respond promptly to guest inquiries and appointment requests, ensuring no query goes unanswered. Conduct outbound follow‑up calls to enhance customer satisfaction and ensure every guest’s needs are met. Proactively reach out to clients to remind them of scheduled service appointments and address any concerns. Schedule service appointments for guests, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and fostering continuous improvement within the team. Qualifications Full‑time availability and a minimum age of 18. A valid driver’s license and a satisfactory driving record. Fluency in both English and Spanish preferred. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with staff and guests. Comfort working in person with guests as well as handling communication via phone calls, emails, text messages, and online chat platforms. Excellent organizational and follow‑up skills, essential for managing multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment. Ability to adapt and apply instructions effectively.
