Hospitality Specialist

Reporting to the Lead Office Services Associate or the Client Relations Manager, this position bears significant responsibility for maintaining a professional and efficient office environment.Key ResponsibilitiesMail ServicesReceive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages accuratelyDeliver packages to designated floors and departmentsPrepare and process outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS, USPS, messenger services)Track packages using internal systems (e.g., PS Ship)Digitize incoming mail as neededServe as a point of contact for mail-related inquiries via email, phone, or in personPrint & ReprographicsManage print production requests from intake through completionPerform copying, scanning, lamination, and binding (GBC, coil, velo, spiral, 3-ring)Produce high-quality documents, including litigation support materialsRun complex print jobs, including mail merges with multiple data fieldsProvide proofs for client approval and ensure accuracy throughout productionTroubleshoot basic printer/copier issues and perform routine maintenanceOperate Canon color copiers and online print submission toolsClient & Office SupportProvide professional, high-level customer service and consultationCommunicate effectively with staff at all levels, including senior leadershipManage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneouslySupport conference services, supply inventory, and general office needsMaintain organized workflows using job tickets and production trackingExperience & QualificationsExperience in a mailroom, print production, or reprographics environment (legal setting preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and Adobe softwareHands-on experience with high-volume printing and finishing servicesStrong understanding of print workflows and production processesFamiliarity with package tracking systemsSkills & StrengthsStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and qualityAbility to follow established processes while solving complex requestsComfortable working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environmentTeam-oriented with a proactive, service-driven mindsetReliable, organized, and able to prioritize effectivelyThe Compensation range for this role is 25.00 to 30.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus.
