24K Customer Technical Service Senior Engineer - Onsite

What You Will Do Senior Engineer focused on Hot Section hardware in Commercial Engines Engineering, responsible for managing and resolving technical issues to ensure engine safety and maintain operational performance. Collaborate globally with airline operators, MRO shops, field service reps, and airframe companies to address issues with Combustor, Diffuser, High Pressure Turbine, and Turbine Intermediate Case hardware. Coordinate data development with the PW800 program and in-service engineering teams. Develop technical data – initiate and oversee the creation of Engineering Authorizations, Special Instructions, Service Bulletins, and other maintenance documents. Contribute to updates for Aircraft Maintenance Manuals, Engine Manuals, and Clean, Inspect & Repair manuals. Support critical operations by responding to customer technical questions, maintaining fleet availability, and participating in customer meetings, conferences, and council calls. Interface with industry experts, program office, customer field directors, CIPTs, regulatory authorities, and partners to implement technical and logistic fleet management solutions. Drive continuous improvement by implementing process enhancements and meeting/exceeding performance metrics for technical response times. Qualifications You Must Have Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics with 5+ years of engineering experience (or 3+ years with an advanced degree). U.S. citizenship required. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (10‑20%). We Prefer Direct experience working with commercial airline customers and MROs. Knowledge of PW1500G / PW1900G hot section hardware. Strong communication, interpersonal, time‑management and organizational skills. Demonstrated technical leadership and continuous improvement experience. Comfortable presenting to others and handling high‑pressure situations. Excellent judgment and professional maturity with the ability to build positive relationships. Benefits Competitive salary range: $86,800 – $165,200 USD. Relocation package for eligible positions.
