Responsibilities Pediatric Associates of Mobile, USA Health are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatrician to join our thriving outpatient pediatric clinic. This is a full-time position focused on providing high-quality, family-centered care to children from birth through adolescence in a collaborative and supportive environment. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive outpatient care for pediatric patients, including preventive care, acute illness, and chronic disease management Perform well-child exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations Diagnose and treat common childhood illnesses and minor injuries Counsel patients and families on growth, development, and overall health Collaborate with specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record system Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinic meetings Employees must be in a regular position, working 20 hours or more per week (.50 FTE or greater) to qualify for benefits. Qualifications MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school Completion of an ACGME‑accredited pediatric residency program Board certified or board eligible in Pediatrics Eligible for medical licensure in Alabama Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills Commitment to providing patient-centered care A curriculum vitae is required to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr USA Health Systems
