Conduct evaluations in inpatient or outpatient scenarios and craft tailored treatment plans for each patient

Implement physical therapy interventions that emphasize mobility, strength, balance, and overall function

Work alongside nurses, physicians, case managers, and other rehabilitation experts to enhance patient outcomes

Guide patients and their families through therapeutic goals, discharge planning, and at-home exercise protocols

Maintain detailed documentation of evaluations, treatments, and patient progress in alignment with facility and regulatory standards

Engage in interdisciplinary care rounds and conferences to ensure cohesive patient care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification is preferred

Additional certifications (e.g., in neurology or geriatrics) are highly regarded but not mandatory

Prior experience is strongly preferred in this role

Capability to treat patients with intricate medical conditions and mobility challenges

Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities

Familiarity with digital charting and clinical documentation systems
