Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor of Arts in Early Childhood Education and/or CDA required
• Previous experience working in a school or childcare setting required
• Passionate about working with children
• Reliable and punctual
• Creative and enthusiastic, willing to present and implement ideas in the classroom
• Patient, positive demeanor
• Great communication skills, both written and verbal
• Authorization to work in the US required
• Must be able to pass Minnesota background study
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs to facilitate the care of children in terms of their well-being, safety, and hygiene.

About Our School

The Goddard School of Roseville is a new school in the Goddard Schools franchise and uses Goddards proprietary Wonder of Learning curriculum to deliver great education to children from six weeks to six years old. This pre-built curriculum is customizable so individual teachers and classrooms can follow the interests of children and see where they lead. We have a small community of quality teachers and leadership staff, brand new classrooms and materials, and lots of plans for our future growth.
