What You'll Do

1. Lead and inspire your team to deliver excellent guest service and uphold Dunkin's high standards
2. Manage daily operations including scheduling, inventory, labor control, and training
3. Foster a positive, team-first culture while holding team members accountable
4. Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally
5. Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and brand compliance standards
6. Drive profitability through effective cost control and operational efficiency
7. Support marketing efforts and local promotions to grow sales

What You Bring

• 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to recruit, train, and retain great team members
• A passion for guest service and creating a positive team culture
• Flexible availability including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be 18 years or older
