General Job Description IES Commercial Inc dba IES Electrical is looking for a full-time AP Specialist to join our Holdrege, NE office. Company growing, low turnover. Analyze vendor accounts, resolve discrepancies. Receive and process vendor invoices. Assist with month-end, year-end and various audits. Complete special projects and other duties as assigned. Maintain required documentation for all responsibilities assigned. Specific Qualifications Minimum of two years recent office administration and/or accounting experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word), general accounting software. Must have strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy. Strong communication (written and oral), interpersonal, and organizational skills. Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check, MVR check and drug test.
