Position Qualifications:


- CA licensed nurse in good health, both physically and mentally.
- Current BLS-level CPR certification.
- Stamina to walk, bend, and lift; the ability to perform manual skills required for patient care.
- Adaptable and ready to embrace new ideas and changes.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
- Reliable with a history of excellent attendance.
- Strong assessment skills and resourcefulness in emergency situations.
- Commitment to continuing education and self-development.
- Outstanding interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- A team player who respects confidentiality and is accountable for work output.

Position Responsibilities:

- Effectively compile and organize data using Microsoft Office Applications.

- Communicate clearly and respectfully with all personnel, following the chain of command.

- Assist other departments when required.

- Conduct patient assessments and prioritize care based on immediate needs.

- Execute treatments as prescribed by physicians, timely and accurately.

- Educate patients and families based on individual needs.
- Administer medications according to facility protocols and document accordingly.
- Initiate emergency procedures when necessary and document actions taken.
- Uphold patient confidentiality and care diversity in a respectful manner.
- Report patient conditions to the appropriate personnel during each shift.
- Follow safety and infection control standards diligently.
- Support nursing in other departments and assist in staff education as needed.
- Participate in ongoing education and monthly staff meetings.

- Maintain a neat and professional appearance by adhering to dress code.
- Complete any required annual education.
- Wear identification while on duty and report to work on time.
- Actively participate in meetings and goals of the organization.
