Licensed Vocational Nurse – Skilled Nursing Facility

Requirements:

• CA licensed nurse
• Current BLS level CPR certification
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• Strong assessment skills and resourceful in emergency situations
• Good physical and mental health
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
• Willingness to maintain confidentiality and work collaboratively with a team
• Flexible and adaptable to changing environments

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized nursing care to residents
• Conduct patient assessments and develop care plans
• Administer medications and document findings accurately
• Initiate emergency measures when necessary
• Maintain infection control and safety standards
• Assist with patient education and family support
