Job Title: Customer Service Representative (Call Center) Location: La Vergne, TN (Onsite) Pay: $19.00–$22.00/hour Job Description: Addison Group is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time opportunity with our client in La Vergne, TN. This position is ideal for a customer‑focused professional who enjoys helping others, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional service experience. The Customer Service Representative will assist customers with online orders, account inquiries, shipping questions, and product‑related concerns while working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other digital communication channels. Assist customers with online orders, account updates, returns, exchanges, and general product questions. Research and resolve order discrepancies, shipping concerns, and service‑related issues in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure accurate and efficient issue resolution. Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and case activity using internal systems. Identify trends or recurring issues and raise them when appropriate. Assist with departmental projects and support onboarding or training initiatives as needed. Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years of customer service, member services, or call center experience. Experience supporting online orders, e‑commerce, or order management is preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience working with CRM or customer support platforms. Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
