Position Overview Position: Loan Documentation & Disclosure Specialist (Early Disclosure/QC) Location: FCB Collinsville 157 Bank, 208 North Bluff Road, Collinsville, IL Job Id: 153 # of Openings: 2 Classification: Non-Exempt/Hourly Job Type: Full-Time (Non-remote; onsite) Reports To: CLD Supervisor About FCB Banks FCB Banks has been family owned and managed for more than three generations. We pride ourselves on being locally owned, operated, and a valued part of the community. Job Summary Process required early disclosures for consumer real estate loans. Essential Job Duties Produce accurate loan documents through an automated documentation system. Review documents for quality and regulatory requirements. Order and review flood certifications for consumer real estate loans. Deliver early disclosures within the required timeframe. Review daily reports to monitor time constraints on new loans. Conduct weekly reviews of completed early disclosures for loan assignment. Conduct monthly reviews and notifications of pre-qualification loans. Prepare revised disclosures for changed circumstances. Collect and update e‑sign acknowledgements. Perform departmental duties as required to maintain adequate workflow. Perform other tasks, functions, or projects as assigned. Technical Skills Needed Communication skills: oral, written and listening. Organized and able to manage time and meet deadlines. Methodical, accurate and detail‑oriented. Teamwork – contributes to building a positive team spirit. Working understanding of the banking industry, regulations, policies and best practices. Working knowledge of bank products, early disclosure documentation and regulatory requirements. Quick learner, adaptable, and effective at managing and prioritizing multiple tasks. Ability to work under extreme pressure. Problem‑solving skills. Qualifications High School diploma, GED or equivalent. Associate or bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field (preferred). 1–3 years banking experience (preferred). Working Conditions Constant use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculators, and fax machines. Availability to work during core banking hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm). Additional hours may be required, including evenings and weekends. Occasional local travel for offsite training and meetings. Regular communication requirements: talk or hear, stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, lift up to 15 lbs, and occasionally lift up to 25 lbs. Ability to multi‑task, work in a fast‑paced, changing environment, and maintain a commitment to accuracy and timeliness. Ability to follow policies, procedures, written instructions, and verbal directions from supervisor. Ability to remain in a stationary position as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality.
