About the Role
The Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join its Board of Directors. Board Members play a crucial role in guiding the strategic direction of the organization, ensuring financial sustainability, and advancing the mission. This volunteer position requires a commitment to regular board meetings, active participation in committee work, and the contribution of expertise, resources, and networks to support the organization's growth and impact. Responsibilities include governance, financial oversight, fundraising, advocacy, strategic planning, committee work, evaluation, and ensuring legal and ethical compliance.
