Personal Property Specialist

Personal Property Specialist Responsibilities Greet customers and provide information according to office policies. Perform data entry of personal property tax files for individuals. Access data systems to determine valuation of taxable personal property. Research and provide information on personal property taxation, ownership, and real estate values to the public. Provide information to banks and lenders. Status: Full-time, non-exempt, benefited Working hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday - Friday Qualifications High school diploma or GED and two years of clerical experience. Prefer previous experience with Microsoft Word. Ability to multi-task with frequent interruptions. Must possess math and computer skills, excellent customer service skills, and be detail oriented with a high degree of accuracy.
