Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $50,000 - $80,000


• Incentives : 25% commission on new business


• Benefits : Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance


• Paid Time Off : 3 weeks


• Continuing Education : Licensing and education costs covered

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service account management for personal lines insurance, including home, auto, umbrella, and other standard policies


• Handle accounts with premiums up to $10,000 (average $2,000)


• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention


• Collaborate with carriers such as Arbella, Andover, CNA, Foremost, Travelers, Progressive, and Chubb


• Utilize AMS360 software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records


• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure : Massachusetts Property & Casualty (P&C) license preferred


• Experience : Minimum of 3 years in personal lines account management; open to candidates with captive insurance experience


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in AMS360 software preferred


• Language Skills : Spanish-speaking candidates are highly desirable


• Work Style : Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage accounts independently from start to finish
