Commercial Lines Account Manager

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced and dedicated Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to the organization, providing exceptional service to clients while managing a diverse portfolio of accounts. The ideal candidate will be a team player who is self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and possesses excellent communication skills.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range : $70,000 - $100,000+ (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial lines accounts, including property/habitational and middle-market accounts, as well as generalist accounts with some contractor clients.


• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining strong relationships.


• Quote new and renewal business, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.


• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery and account management.


• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the Epic software system.


• Proactively identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Experience : Prior experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager in an independent agency is required.


• Technical Skills : Proficiency in Epic software is preferred.
