Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' emotional and relational dynamics, identifying their unique therapeutic needs.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that set realistic and measurable goals in collaboration with clients.
• Utilize family systems theory and evidence-based interventions to address conflicts, communication barriers, and specific family stressors.
• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients during critical moments, ensuring their safety and mental well-being.
• Document and maintain detailed electronic records, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Empower clients with knowledge and tools for effective communication, conflict resolution, and coping strategies leading to improved relationships.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care, making referrals to other mental health professionals when necessary.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in marriage and family therapy and telehealth through ongoing training and development opportunities.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic primarily serves diverse populations within El Paso and surrounding areas, catering to families, couples, and individuals experiencing emotional and relational difficulties. You will have the opportunity to work with clients from various backgrounds, each with unique stories and challenges. Qualifications

• A current and valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Texas.
• A master’s degree or higher in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Demonstrated proficiency in telehealth technology and virtual communication methods.
• Strong interpersonal skills, enabling effective engagement with clients in a remote setting.
• A commitment to ethical practice and confidentiality in all therapeutic interactions.
• The ability to work independently in a virtual environment while remaining connected with the team.
• Flexibility in scheduling to accommodate appointments across different time zones.

Preferred Experience

We prefer candidates with prior experience in teletherapy and those who have worked with diverse populations in community health settings. Familiarity with specific therapeutic modalities and crisis intervention methods will be an added advantage.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
