What You'll Do

• Float across multiple ICU units including Neuro, Surgical, Medical (MICU), Cardiology, CVICU, SICU, NCCU
• Manage ventilators, telemetry, and IV starts in various intensive care settings
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide exceptional patient care
• Adapt to unit needs with flexibility, ensuring high standards of safety and patient outcomes
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records efficiently across different ICU environments

What You Need

• Valid Ohio RN license or eligibility
• At least 2 years ICU experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications
• Proficiency with EPIC EHR system
• Skills in ventilator management, telemetry, IV start, and telemetry monitoring
• Travel nursing experience strongly preferred

About the Assignment

This position offers night shift work within a dynamic ICU float pool at a renowned medical center. Nurses will provide critical care across various specialized units such as Neuro ICU, Surgical ICU, and CVICU, supporting flexible staffing needs and ensuring excellent patient outcomes.
