What You'll Do

• Provide direct patient care to critically ill adults and geriatrics in ICU setting
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients, including ventilator adjustments and troubleshooting
• Administer medications, including complex drug regimens and chemotherapy
• Perform invasive procedures such as chest tubes, central lines, arterial lines, and pulmonary artery catheter placements
• Respond to emergency situations like ARDS, sepsis, and other life-threatening conditions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for patient management and clinical trials
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health record system

What You NeedRequired:

• Valid RN license in Ohio
• ACLS, BLS, NIH certifications
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience, preferred in a high-acuity environment
• Proficiency in ventilator management and IV starts
• Experience with computerized charting systems, Epic preferred

Preferred:

• Experience with complex procedures and critical care protocols
• Ability to work night shifts and adapt to rotating schedules
