Property Accountant
Simpson Housing LLLP
Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Property Accountant to support our multifamily apartment portfolio. In this role, you will manage full-cycle accounting for assigned properties, including general ledger maintenance, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and month-end close. You will prepare timely, accurate financial statements, perform CAM reconciliations, budgeting, and variance analysis, and partner closely with property operations teams. This position supports our resident-focused culture by providing clear financial insight that drives quality communities and long-term performance.
