Property Accountant
Simpson Housing LLLP
Simpson Housing LLLP is seeking a Property Accountant to support our multifamily apartment portfolio. This role prepares monthly property financial statements, maintains the general ledger, and manages AP/AR for assigned communities. The accountant performs CAM and other reconciliations, assists with budgets and forecasts, and conducts variance analysis to support operational decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with property management teams, ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies, and support audits.
