Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year Annual Base Salary + Commission + Bonus Opportunities Health Insurance Hands on Training Mon-Fri Schedule Requirements Experience: Previous experience in sales or account management is considered advantageous. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and team members. Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation abilities to close deals and manage accounts successfully. Customer-Centric: Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and the ability to understand and meet client needs. Responsibilities Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and goals. Account Management: Oversee the complete sales cycle from prospecting and networking to closing deals and ensuring client satisfaction. Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the insurance products offered by the company to effectively communicate the benefits and features to clients. Performance Tracking: Monitor and regularly report on pipeline activity and results to achieve sales targets. Collaboration: Work closely with the internal team to ensure smooth policy servicing and delivery of exceptional customer service. Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and expand the client base.
