Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will:

• Provide couples therapy, working with both partners together while also conducting individual sessions as needed.
\n
• Address a wide range of issues including marital conflicts, family dynamics, grief and loss, substance abuse, and mental health challenges.
\n
• Develop tailored treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments of each individual's and family's unique circumstances.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities to facilitate effective communication and resolution of conflicts among family members.
\n
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress accurately within our electronic health record system to maintain compliance and support continuity of care.
\n
• Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with best practices in family therapy and mental health interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our diverse patient population includes adults, children, and families dealing with a spectrum of psychological issues. You will work with clients facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse
\n
• Domestic and psychological abuse
\n
• Grief and loss
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalries and intergenerational issues

• Adjustment to separation and divorce
\n
• Blended family dynamics
\n
• Communication difficulties

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• A valid and active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping others.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While all qualified candidates are encouraged to apply, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience in a clinical setting focusing on family therapy.

• Experience with telehealth platforms and virtual therapy.
\n
• Familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), or Systemic Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer our therapists an attractive compensation package that ranges from USD 75,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
