Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment Strong sourcing skills with familiarity in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms Excellent interviewing and relationship-building skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related tools Attention to detail, organization, and results orientation Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Nice to Have Skills: Professional certifications in recruiting or human resources Experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related discipline At least 2 years of demonstrated success in technical recruitment Other Requirements: Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously Comfort with staying current on industry trends and market conditions Potential for occasional travel, depending on hiring needs Estimated Min Rate: $75000.00 Estimated Max Rate: $95000.00 What’s In It for You?
