ABOUT OUR AGENCY: I opened my agency in 2021 and currently lead a team of five. I've spent most of my career in the insurance industry and bring over 20 years of experience to the agency. Helping people, developing strong relationships, and building a positive team environment have always been passions of mine.

I earned my MBA from University of Southern Indiana and my bachelor's degree from Illinois State University. I'm married with children who keep me busy and active outside of work. I stay involved in the community through the Gibson County Chamber of Commerce, Junior Achievement initiatives, and a variety of local community events. Giving back and staying connected locally is something I truly value.

ROLE DESCRIPTION: As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Marcy King - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
