Your Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, recommend diagnostics, and formulate personalized care strategies
• Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic conditions either in cooperation with physicians or independently (based on your qualifications)
• Guide patients and families in preventive health, wellness initiatives, and disease management
• Write prescriptions and maintain therapies according to your practice credentials
• Engage in patient follow-up and management of chronic care
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide cohesive and comprehensive care
• Accurately document care within electronic medical records (EMR)

Education Background

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Essential Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Missouri
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP or ANCC) or equivalent specialty
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications (or ability to acquire within 90 days)
