Bookkeeper

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Bookkeeper to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $34.00 to $39.00 per hour. Job Responsibilities Manage full charge bookkeeping activities and maintain complete and accurate financial records. Prepare and review trial balances to support financial reporting and account analysis. Record and monitor prepaid expenses and ensure proper allocation over applicable periods. Track operating expenses and maintain supporting documentation for accounting records. Prepare account schedules and roll forward analyses to support month end and year end processes. Requirements Previous experience performing full cycle bookkeeping and maintaining general accounting records. Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial recordkeeping. Ability to prepare account reconciliations and support financial reporting activities.Prior experience working with accounting software and spreadsheet applications. Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while meeting deadlines accurately. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain accurate financial information. Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and resolve account discrepancies.
