Simply Lawn Care has built a successful residential landscaping company serving the North Shore, and we're now building the next chapter: our commercial division.
We're looking for an experienced sales professional who enjoys prospecting, building relationships, and creating new business opportunities.
This isn't a position where you'll inherit an established book of business.
You'll build it.

What You'll Do- Prospect commercial properties throughout the North Shore.
- Build relationships with property managers, business owners, and decision makers.
- Generate your own pipeline through door knocking, networking, referrals, and follow-up.
- Meet with prospective customers and perform property walkthroughs.
- Prepare professional estimates and proposals.
- Follow up consistently and close commercial landscape and snow contracts.
- Grow your book of business through renewals, referrals, and enhancement sales.
- Represent Simply Lawn Care professionally in the field every day.
- Minimum 2–3 years of outside B2B sales experience (required).
- Proven experience prospecting for new business.
- Comfortable spending the majority of your time in the field.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Competitive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Commercial landscaping experience is a plus, but not required.
We can teach our services.
We can't teach someone to enjoy prospecting.
Compensation- $1,000/week base salary
- 3% commission on new commercial landscape and snow contracts
- 5–10% commission on enhancement sales
- Company vehicle
- Company fuel card
- Health & dental after 90 days
Expected First-Year Earnings: $70,000–120,000+
Top performers who continue building their book of business have the opportunity to earn significantly more.

As your book of business grows, you'll shift toward managing client relationships while continuing to develop new opportunities and expand existing accounts.
