Job#: 3041783 Job Description: Recruiter - Recruiter II Location: Arlington, Virginia (Onsite) Compensation: $35 - $45 hourly Role Overview We are seeking a Recruiter to join our team. This role involves managing the full lifecycle of recruitment, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers. The position requires an individual who can handle a high volume of requisitions and work effectively within a geographically dispersed team. The ideal candidate will be adept at using applicant tracking systems and modern recruitment tools to identify and evaluate candidates. Key Responsibilities Recruit, interview, and check references for potential new employees. Manage the offer process and conduct orientation for new hires. Handle a high volume of requisitions, expected to be 20 or more. Utilize an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate tracking and screening evaluations. Work independently as part of a geographically distributed team. Rely on established guidelines and instructions to perform job functions under immediate supervision. Required Qualifications Education: A bachelor's degree in a relevant specialty area may be required. Experience: 5-8 years of experience in the recruiting field or a related area. Skills Knowledge of commonly-used recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures. Proven ability to handle a high volume of requisitions. Experience using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) for candidate management. Ability to work independently and collaborate with a remote team. Preferred Qualifications Experience in recruiting for solution architect or sales roles. Recent experience utilizing new recruiting tools and AI technologies.
