Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for patients, ensuring their social, emotional, and financial needs are met. Program Support: Assist in the development and implementation of social services programs tailored to patient needs. Crisis Response: Provide timely and compassionate support during challenging situations. What You Bring: Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience in Social Services or a similar role, preferably within a healthcare setting. Strong Communication & Interpersonal Skills to engage effectively with patients and community partners.
