Paralegal- Probate, Trust and Guardianship Litigation

Sr. Paralegal- Litigation- Probate, Trust and Guardianship North Palm Beach, FL Proficiency in drafting pleadings, motions, discovery, and litigation documents. Strong familiarity with the Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, the Florida Rules of Probate, and the Florida Rules of Judicial Administration is preferred. Ability to manage multiple active litigation matters simultaneously. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience with probate, guardianship, or fiduciary litigation is highly desirable. A minimum of 5 years of paralegal litigation experience, preferably in Palm Beach County,Florida Experience with practice management systems, document management systems, and e-discovery software (e.g, Clio, NetDocuments, ShareFile, etc). Paralegal certification through the National Association of Legal Assistants (NALA) or a 2- or 4-year degree in paralegal studies preferred.
