As a Retail Sales Associate , you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while driving sales on the showroom floor. This is a commission-based role , with a guaranteed base during training , giving you the opportunity to increase your income through performance. You will:
- Connect with customers
- Understand their needs
- Guide them to the right products
- Close the sale
Customer Experience
- Greet every customer with energy and professionalism
- Build rapport and identify customer needs
- Provide a welcoming, no-pressure but results-driven experience
- Demonstrate products and explain features and benefits
- Recommend solutions that fit the customers space, style, and budget
- Upsell and cross-sell complementary products
- Close sales confidently and consistently
- Process transactions, returns, and exchanges using POS systems
- Handle cash and card payments accurately
- Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and visual standards
- Answer customer questions in-store and over the phone
- Schedule follow-ups and maintain customer relationships
- Work collaboratively with your team to drive store performance
- Strong communication and people skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment
- Basic math and transaction handling skills
- Previous retail or sales experience is a plusbut not required
- Commission-based pay structure (performance-driven earnings)
