Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Specialist

LATICRETE International is seeking a Dynamics365 Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our Dynamics365 platform with a focus on Marketing and Customer Insights Journeys. This role supports CRM customization, integration using Power Platform tools, and data visualization with PowerBI. Responsibilities include collaboration with cross-functional teams,change-management adherence, and end-user training for the Marketing group.
