Licensed Practical Nurse or Travel LPN
Location: Uniontown, PA, 15401
Shift: 8 Hour (3pm-11:30pm)
Contract: 5 weeks
Start: ASAP
Requirements:
- Must be licensed LPN
- Must have BLS/CPR
- Experience with SNF/LTC preferred
- Must be COVID Vaccinated or religious Exemption
Responsibilities:
- Record a patient's medical history accurately.
- Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.
- Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side-effects of medications etc.
- Monitor patients' condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts.
