Pay: $33.84 per hour
Shifts: Per diem shifts available
Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated LPN/LVN for a per diem role in Long Term Care. This flexible shift opportunity allows for a supportive work environment where skilled professionals can thrive.

Key Responsibilities of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Provide compassionate nursing care to residents
- Assist in the management of patient care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Requirements of the LPN/LVN – Long Term Care
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Experience in Long Term Care preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
