The Platform Manager will run the project on a day-to-day basis, guiding their Coordinators to complete daily tasks that have been established in order to successfully execute a project. They are the key day-to-day point of contact for the client, and run the client calls. This role requires project management, organization, and time management skills, as well as an understanding of platform strategy and how to establish growth. Bachelor's Degree 1-2 years of YouTube experience Experience with Google, Microsoft, and Apple productivity applications (Sheets, Excel, Powerpoint, Keynote) Design and digital video experience (Adobe Creative Suite) YouTube Analytics Knowledge of project management softwares (Asana, AirTable) Knowledge of digital communications (Slack, Microsoft Teams) Interest and experience with YouTube and other social medias. Experience managing direct reports and communicating with managers. The ability to quickly learn new processes, tools, etc. and communicate learnings to others. Proficiency in other languages (bonus) PROFICIENT IN: Presentation skills Deck creation Data analysis / collection YouTube analytics Strategic recommendations Case study craft Graphic design Team management Comms: team Comms: cross-functional Comms: client Channel/video optimization Project & account management (ie Asana, process docs, master docs) Organized Candidates must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
