CRM Operations Specialist [Remote]

Apply hands-on CRM and sales operations expertise to help train next-generation AI systems through high-quality, real-world input. This remote contract opportunity centers on improving how organizations manage and grow customer relationships using platforms such as Salesforce and HubSpot. No prior AI experience is required. Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate CRM workflows, sales processes, and automation logic across Salesforce, HubSpot, and other leading platforms.
• Document current sales operations practices, including pain points and opportunities to improve processes.
• Provide real-world examples, scenarios, and feedback grounded in CRM operations and sales enablement best practices.
• Review, analyze, and annotate CRM data, records, and user interactions for AI training objectives.
• Assess AI system outputs for accuracy and alignment with real sales operations.
• Contribute to documentation, training materials, and process guides related to CRM tools through content creation and review.

• At least 3 years of hands-on CRM and sales operations experience, including demonstrated Salesforce and HubSpot expertise.
• Experience optimizing sales processes, implementing automations, and maintaining CRM data integrity.
• Strong analytical, process-mapping, written communication, and verbal communication skills, with close attention to complex business workflows.
• Experience with Close, Apollo, Salesloft, Intercom, Freshdesk, Shopify, Crayon, or Funnel is highly valued.
• Experience providing feedback or training for process improvement or software implementation is a plus.
• No formal degree is required. Practical expertise and fluency with CRM platforms are the primary criteria.

• Remote independent contractor engagement.

• $40 to $80 per hour.
