The company has been in active growth mode through acquisition and is building the operational infrastructure to match its ambitions.

The Opportunity

As the organization continues to scale, they are seeking a Training Manager to own and operate the training function across their full geographic footprint. The Training Manager will oversee a team of technician-trainers, manage scheduling and logistics across the territory, and drive meaningful reductions in customer training lead times. The right candidate is a process-minded people leader who thrives in a fast-moving, resource-lean environment and knows how to build while also executing.

Responsibilities

• Own the scheduling and coordination of internal technician tier training
• Lead, manage, and develop a team of technician-trainers
• Coordinate external customer training scheduling across the territory, matching geographically appropriate trainers to customers
• Drive reduction of customer training lead times from current state (45–80 days) to consistently 30 days or under
• Identify and implement technology solutions, including Power BI, scheduling portals, automation tools, to reduce administrative burden and increase visibility
• Conduct capacity planning across trainer bandwidth, travel time, and geographic constraints
• Partner cross-functionally with customer solutions, sales, and operations teams to align training delivery with business needs
• Organize and present training content effectively; corporate/OEM owns curriculum development

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience; has managed teams effectively
• Strong technology aptitude; Power BI, process automation, scheduling tools, or similar platforms
• Highly organized with the ability to manage complex, multi-location scheduling and logistics
• Comfortable operating in a resource-constrained, still-maturing environment; resilience and grit are essential
• Background in manufacturing, industrial, or field-based operations strongly preferred
• Experience in L&D, adult learning, continuous improvement, or Lean is a plus but not required
• Familiarity with e-learning or authoring tools (Articulate, etc.) is a bonus
• Valid driver's license; ability to travel up to ~25% within the territory
• Located within commutable distance of Chalfont or Phoenixville, PA

Salary

• $105,000-$120,000 + Bonus & Vehicle Allowance
