Clinic Operator

Clinic is open Monday-Friday 7a-5p. This will be perdiem OR part time depending on individual candidate availability. Monday to Thursdays would be the biggest needs but clinic operator can make plans around their availability. Your day-to-day work will blend front-office and back-office clinical duties in a fast-paced clinic environment. You'll greet and check in patients, verifying their coverage and eligibility while completing required documentation. Phone responsibilities include answering and triaging calls according to departmental procedures, routing them appropriately, and taking accurate messages when necessary. Scheduling is part of your role, you'll arrange patient appointments and verify membership and benefit coverage. In the back office, you'll support clinical functions including taking vitals, administering immunizations and injections, performing point of care testing, drawing labs, and conducting occupational health testing. You'll also attend department staff meetings and participate in required in-service training, cross-training to support new procedures and additional departments as needed. Strong clinical, administrative, and customer service skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively and adapt to the operational needs of a busy clinic.

Skills: - You'll need at least 1 or more years of front and back-office experience with phlebotomy skills demonstrated in the work setting. Solid computer and documentation skills are non-negotiable. You must have excellent customer service and communication abilities, be team-oriented, and demonstrate strong time management. We need someone who is responsible, reliable, and able to be flexible when operational needs change.

Education: - You must be a graduate of an approved MA program or have completed on-the-job training with CCMA certification prior to hire. Current CPR certification is required.
