The Entry Level Project Coordinator will support project managers and teams by ensuring that all projects are executed smoothly, deadlines are met, and communication flows effectively. Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask and prioritize tasks. Responsibilities: Assist project managers in the planning, execution, and closing of projects. Coordinate and schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, and document meeting minutes. Maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and status updates. Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders. Help manage project timelines, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are on track. Liaise between different departments to facilitate smooth communication and collaboration. Qualifications Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Project. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and quality.
