Category: Instructor Operator / EMT Controller Bay is seeking an MSTC (Medical Simulation Training Center) Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to support a Department of Defense customer. The EMTs provide essential support to MSTC training programs, assisting with delivering instructional content, setting up simulation labs, and validating trainee skills in emergency medicine and combat casualty care scenarios. The EMT will be a Core Instructor Operator supporting MSTC training execution. We are not looking for individuals who can simply assist or teach; we are looking for professionals who can perform, demonstrate, and grow into high-level Instructor Operators in a training environment that mirrors the realities of the battlefield. Instructor Operator (I/O) Requirement All personnel will function as Instructor Operators (I/O) and are expected to actively demonstrate, perform, and execute all aspects of medical training including simulation-based instruction, performance evaluation, and real-time scenario execution.
