Your Role as a Production Laborer

As a new Production Laborer at Barrett Petfood, you can expect a welcoming and engaging environment where teamwork is paramount. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include operating machinery, assemble product ingredients, and ensure that production lines run smoothly. You will be actively involved in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards, as these are vital to our operations.

Responsibilities

• Add palletant (dry & liquid) to finished product
• Add color dies to product
• Move finished totes to warehouse and packaging departments using a forklift
• Record and print off labels
• Setup and calibrate pumps for each run
• Use Forklift to get supplies
• Follow GMP's and safety protocols
• Operate a floor scrubber
• Sweep, mop and sanitize throughout the facility
• Clean totes

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of standing and walking through the factory.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times.

Available Shifts:

1st Shift Mon - Fri 6AM - 230PM

2nd Shift Mon - Fri 2PM - 1030PM

3rd Shift Mon - Fri 10PM - 630AM
