Key Responsibilities\n

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations, diagnostic interviews, and risk assessments, to fully understand each client’s situation.

• Collaborating with clients to develop individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals, cultural backgrounds, and specific requirements.

• Providing therapeutic services in various formats: individual, couple, family, and group therapy, utilizing evidence-based methodologies such as CBT, DBT, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).

• Implementing crisis intervention strategies and coordinating care with other healthcare providers to ensure clients in acute distress receive timely support.

• Maintaining thorough clinical documentation—including progress notes, treatment plans, and discharge summaries—in compliance with both clinic policies and applicable legal standards.

• Offering psychoeducational support to clients and their families to empower them in managing mental health challenges effectively.

• Performing ongoing outcome evaluations to assess treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans where necessary, ensuring the highest quality of service delivery.
