The California Department of Corrections Rehabilitation (CDCR) Headquarters has implemented a new automated system to streamline the hiring process. The Human Resources Technology System (HRTS) is an intuitive, user-friendly system that provides the applicant access to real-time updates throughout the hiring process. Desirable Qualifications Experience related to general knowledge of general (e.g. GAAP, GASB) and governmental accounting, budgeting and business management principles and theories. Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously, to prioritize, and to analyze and apply relevant instructions to complete the work. Broad experience with the Microsoft Office suite/software particularly Word, Excel and Outlook. Ability to learn independently and comprehend oral and written instructions containing complex and technical information. Experience which exhibits flexibility and the ability to use tack and diplomacy when dealing with the needs, problems, and/or concerns of others.
