• Shift: Day shift, 3x13-hour shifts (6:00 AM - 7:00 PM)
• Hours/week: 39 hours
• Employment Type: Contract
• License/Certs: MA State License, BC in Neurosurgery preferred
• Experience: Minimum 1 year neuro experience required

• Hourly Rate: $129.98 per hour

What You'll Do:

• Perform inpatient neurosurgery patient rounds with residents and coordinate care plans
• Review patient cases, initiate orders, and manage discharges
• Remove drains (hemovac/jp drains) when needed
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
• Document patient care activities accurately in Epic EMR

What You Need:
Required:

• Massachusetts license or the ability to acquire licensure quickly
• Board certification in Neurosurgery (preferred) or eligibility
• At least 1 year of neuro-specific clinical experience
• Ability to perform drain removal (hemovac/jp drains)

Preferred:

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Willingness to work within a hospital setting in Boston
