Develop team roadmap and strategy to meet organizational goals. Identify opportunities for innovation and improvement within the team and the organization. Maintain high awareness of customer experience; build data and analytics systems to drive decisions to build the maintenance experience for Google cloud customers. Advocate engineering best practices, establish and improve team processes for collaboration. Drive technical decision-making and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions. Identify and drive improvements to the team's operational posture and processes. Design, develop and deploy robust, scalable, and efficient software components for Google Cloud-based platforms.
